2n7002 datasheet

The 2n7002 is a small signal N-channel MOSFET designed for low voltage applications and offers low on-resistance and fast switching speed. This versatile device is ideal for use in a wide range of electronic applications including switch mode power supplies, battery chargers, motor control circuits, and general purpose switching circuits. With a maximum drain-source voltage rating of 60 volts and a continuous drain current rating of 115 milliamperes, the 2n7002 can handle a variety of low power applications. Its low on-resistance of only 7.5 ohms at a drain current of 250 milliamperes ensures minimal power dissipation and high efficiency. The 2n7002 also features a gate threshold voltage range of 2 to 3 volts, making it compatible with a wide range of logic level inputs. This allows for easy integration into digital circuits and microcontroller-based systems. In addition, the 2n7002 is housed in a small SOT-23 surface mount package, enabling compact and space-efficient designs.
