atmega 2560 datasheet

The ATmega2560 is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller designed for a wide range of applications. It features 256KB of programmable Flash memory, 8KB of SRAM, and 4KB of EEPROM. The ATmega2560 has 86 general-purpose I/O pins, 4 16-bit timer/counters, 16 channels of 10-bit ADC, and 4 USARTs for serial communication.
