ltc3305

The LTC3305 is a high efficiency, low noise boost converter designed for a wide range of portable applications. With its input voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V, the LTC3305 is capable of boosting lower voltage sources such as a single cell Li-Ion battery or USB input to a higher output voltage, making it ideal for powering devices such as smartphones, tablets, and portable media players. This versatile and compact device features a high efficiency synchronous switching architecture that maximizes battery run time, while its low noise operation makes it suitable for RF and sensitive analog applications. Its 1.5A internal switches deliver output currents up to 15V, and the device includes a power good output signal and an input voltage monitor.
