The MCP6002 is a dual general-purpose operational amplifier (op amp) that offers high performance and low power consumption, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. With a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 6.0V and rail-to-rail input and output capabilities, this op amp is ideal for battery-powered and low-voltage systems. The MCP6002 features a gain bandwidth product of 1 MHz, a low input offset voltage of 4 mV, and a low quiescent current of 100 µA. It also comes with a wide common-mode input voltage range and a high output drive capability, making it suitable for sensor interfaces, low-power instrumentation, and audio amplification.
