Introducing the TC4420, a high-speed, high current dual MOSFET driver designed to drive two N-channel power MOSFETs in a variety of applications. With a peak output current of 6A and a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, the TC4420 is ideal for power management, motor control, and high-side/low-side switch driving. The TC4420 features matched rise and fall times, making it suitable for high-frequency applications, while its low output impedance ensures fast switching and efficient power delivery. Its internal level-shifting circuitry allows for logic level input signals, simplifying interfacing with microcontrollers and digital signal processors. In addition, the TC4420 incorporates under-voltage lockout protection, thermal shutdown, and shoot-through protection, ensuring robust and reliable operation in the most demanding environments.
