The two classifications of overload relays are thermal and magnetic. Thermal overload relays are designed to protect electrical circuits from overheating by using a bimetallic strip that bends when the current exceeds a certain level, tripping the relay and disconnecting the circuit. On the other hand, magnetic overload relays use a solenoid to sense the current passing through the circuit and trip the relay if it exceeds the set limit. Introducing our new line of overload relays, designed to provide reliable protection for electrical circuits and equipment. Our thermal overload relays are ideal for protecting motors and generators from overheating, while our magnetic overload relays are well-suited for applications where quick tripping and reset are required. With a range of sizes and configurations available, our overload relays are suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial applications, providing peace of mind and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
