The TP4056 is a complete constant-current/constant-voltage linear charger for single-cell lithium-ion batteries. Its small size, low external component count, and adjustable charging current make it ideal for portable applications. The device supports various battery chemistries including LiFePO4, LiPo, and Li-ion. The TP4056 automatically terminates the charge cycle when the battery is fully charged and enters a low-power mode to minimize the power consumption. The device also includes over-temperature and over-current protection to ensure safe and reliable charging. In addition, the TP4056 features a programmable charge current up to 1A, allowing users to adjust the charging current according to their specific battery requirements.
