Uln2003an Datasheet

The Uln2003an is a popular and versatile high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It consists of seven Darlington pairs that can be used for various applications, such as driving stepping motors, relays, and other high-power peripheral devices. Each Darlington pair of the Uln2003an can handle a significant amount of current (up to 500mA) and voltage (up to 50V), making it ideal for driving loads with high power requirements. The outputs of the Darlington pairs have clamp diodes for inductive load protection, allowing for safe driving of inductive loads. The Uln2003an is designed with a common-emitter configuration, ensuring easy interfacing with different logic levels and microcontrollers. It features an active-high enable input (INH), which can be used to turn off all the paired Darlington outputs simultaneously, reducing power consumption. With its compact and efficient design, the Uln2003an provides an excellent solution for driving a wide range of high-power loads. It is widely used in various applications, such as robotics, automation, industrial control systems, and automotive electronics.
