uln2003apg

The ULN2003APG is a high voltage and high current Darlington transistor array. It is designed to drive inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, and stepping motors with large current demands. This integrated circuit features seven Darlington pairs with common emitters and integral suppression diodes for inductive load switch-off. Each pair is rated for a maximum collector current of 500 mA and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 50 V.
