uln2803adwr

The ULN2803ADWR is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It is designed to interface directly with low-level logic signals and drive a variety of loads such as relays, incandescent lamps, and stepper motors. The ULN2803ADWR features eight NPN Darlington pairs with a common emitter and clamp diodes for each channel. It is capable of delivering a continuous output current of 500mA per channel and has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 50V.
